Hamilton- Solid Rock Church co- pastor Darlene Bishop has settled a bitter, years- long battle with the four children of her deceased brother Nashville mega monster hit song writer Wayne Perry from Hamilton Ohio.

Bishop has signed over control of Darrell Wayne Perry's estate and music catalog to Perry's son. Producer Justin Wayne Jones as the new trustee.

She filed Monday, July 26 2010 to settle the account in butler county court.
